Frequently asked questions
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. There is no trial countdown and no card required. You can sell on the Free plan for as long as you like, within its limits: 50 orders a month, 250 products and the owner account.
What happens if I get more than 50 orders in a month?
Every order is accepted and processed as usual; a customer’s order is never blocked. Your admin shows a banner suggesting an upgrade, and the counter starts again on the 1st of each month.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No, 0% on every plan. Card payments go through your own Stripe account, which charges its own processing fee, and couriers may charge their own cash-on-delivery fee.
Are prices shown with VAT?
No. Prices are in euro per month and exclude VAT.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings → Plan. If a paid subscription ends, the store moves to the Free plan and your products, customers and orders stay where they are.
