A real status for refused parcels
A refused parcel is not a delivered order. The “Refused on delivery” status keeps them apart, so your revenue, profit and stock reports show what really happened.
COD Guard: risk score on every order
Every cash-on-delivery order gets a risk score from 0 to 100, with the reasons behind it: parcels this customer refused before, orders delivered successfully, repeated orders from the same phone number, new customers.
Phone numbers on your block list, or customers with too many refusals, can be stopped before the order is created — with a polite message asking them to call you.
Profit on delivered orders, not placed orders
The Profit & ROAS add-on counts profit on orders that were actually delivered, with product cost and ad spend (entered manually or pulled from Meta). With COD, that is the only number that matters.

Is cash on delivery available on the free plan?
Yes. Payment methods are not limited by plan, and there is no commission on COD orders either.
Can I offer both card and cash on delivery?
Yes. Shoppers choose at checkout. You can require card payment above a certain order value.
How is the risk score calculated?
From the customer’s delivery history in your store (refused and delivered parcels), repeated orders from the same phone number and whether the customer is new. The reasons are shown next to the score.
